The New Year's Eve gala had excellent value. Food, entertainment, the photo booth, and casino tables stood out. I stayed overnight and liked the refurbished room. It had a high standard and offered delicious breakfast with good variety. The reception staff were excellent from arrival.
I found one minor thing, the car park facility was adequate, but free parking would be nice.

The refurbished family room impressed me with its spaciousness! Air conditioning worked perfectly, and the complimentary toiletries, including conditioner, were a nice touch. Public areas were also well kept! I found the espresso excellent. It gave me a great start to the day. The restaurant offered delicious food, and I enjoyed dining there.
My room overlooked a roof area with noisy ventilation units, so I did not sleep well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! They ensured everything was perfect. I enjoyed two delicious meals at Marco's New York Italian, the hotel's restaurant. My guests and I loved them. I also found the pool and fitness suite excellent, even though I didn't have time to use them.

The room was a standard twin room and was clean on arrival.
The noise was awful. I had a room overlooking some kind of industrial fans and they ran all night. It kept me awake. I also found the bar service slow. Staff seemed more occupied with other tasks.
